General Pest Control
A general pest control contract covers the following options:
- Initial treatment consisting of a thorough interior and exterior inspection and service. (COVID- 19 protocols currently in effect on interior services)
- Periodic pest control service – our silver service home protection plan is a quarterly service.
- Control of household invading pests including ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, silverfish, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, and rodents – see full list below.
Add-on services for an additional charge can be structured for a personalized program that suits your needs and experiences.

Termite Control
When it comes to termite infestations, the old saying “too little, too late” is oh so true! Because termites chew on wood from the inside out, you normally will not spot their presence until the wood structure has failed. This translates into thousands of dollars in repairs at the outset.
In fact, the annual cost of termite damage to buildings in the US is more than $6 billion, this exceeds the combined total of repairs from fires, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
Fortunately, there a variety of termite treatments available. Baiting systems are a relatively non-invasive approach where termites are attracted to the bait. Once consumed, the colony loses the ability to eat, breed, and survive.
The end result: complete elimination of the colony, including the queen. Alternatively, liquid treatment approaches form a barrier termiticide around the perimeter of your home or business to prevent future colonies from causing destruction.
